after a few attempts, I have come to the conclusion that for me, this is a very expensive snuffer. I likely need to return it unfortunately.
This shipment never arrived?!!!
Hello, it has been 10 days since my order, with no shipping progress or update. I did reach out to customer service with a response saying it was forwarded to someone else to look into. Not updated since, and that was 3 business days ago. I can forgive this timeframe if it had been associated with clear expectation or communication, but given that this automated request for a review is coming before my product has even shipped, it looks like poor form. Happy to update my review once I receive further communication or actually receive the product.
Very nice design - however not heavy enough and wick trim edge not sharp enough
I thought it was the best design and such a functional design. I love that I’m able to perform all the things I was able to do with the 4 piece set I owned. I also gave one as a gift, and my friends loved it.
