How We Ship + Return Policy
Swand.com ships to continental USA only. Standard shipping is free for the Holidays 2024 on all US orders.
Swand.com is not able to deliver shipment to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses, military states or U.S territories.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays excluded.
Express Delivery in continental USA, 1 to 2 business days, is available at checkout for $18.00 USD
We will not be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations, weather conditions, or holiday rush.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns, but we will refund your order if it arrives damaged, provided that you send us proof of the damage and request a return for the damaged product. Please email us at care@swand.com to initiate an exchange.
*Each SWAND is made through a five stage process: it may have unique subtle differences in the hand polished finishing. We hope you love the design.
We have a 7 day refund policy for damaged items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your damaged item to request a refund. We reserve the right to approve.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, please email us at care@swand.com for pre-authorization, once approved we will send you the address to return the damaged item.
If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The item must be undamaged and still be in the unopened packaging.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
