How We Ship + Return Policy
Swand.com ships to continental USA only.
Swand.com is not able to deliver shipment to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses, military states or U.S territories.
Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be shipped Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays excluded.
Standard delivery in continental USA is $8.00 USD. Express Delivery in continental USA, 1 to 2 business days, is available at checkout for $18.00 USD
We will not be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations, weather conditions, or holiday rush.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns, but we will exchange your order if it arrives damaged, provided that you send us proof of the damage and request a return for the damaged product. Please email us at care@swand.com to initiate an exchange.
*Each SWAND is made through a five-stage process: it may have unique subtle differences in the hand polished finishing. We hope you love the design.
We have a 7 day exchange policy for damaged items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your damaged item to request an exchange. We reserve the right to approve.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please email us at care@swand.com for pre-authorization, once approved we will send you the address to return the damaged item.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
